I’m from pakistan. While offering namaz we wear chaadar (shawl) but our national outfit is (shalwar kameez). And my feet and my hands are not covered. Is my prayer valid? What should a normal attire while offering namaz?

ANSWER:

This is not permissible at all. You must wear an outer garment over your normal dress while praying and a loose and long abaya that conceals your bone structure and curves does the job perfectly. Your must cover your feet as well, only your hands until the wrists and face should be uncovered.
