If you miss witr, you pray it in the morning but not in odd number but rather you add one Rak’ah to it so that it would become even numbers

If we left Witr so that we could pray it when waking up for Qiyām, but we wake up late & Adhān for Fajr has taken place, how do we deal with the Witr?

I often repeat some letters in prayer when I want to repeat a part of my recitation. This may be because I am used to doing this and so I realise that I have repeated something only after I have said it.or sometimes it probably happens because I can saty it better that way, or sometimes it might happen because I prefer to say a few letters before I repeat a certain part of my recitation.Is it wrong for me to do this?
