ANSWER:

This is Mathi which is impure and requires you to wash the affected areas and renew your wudu before praying but it doesn’t require ghusl.

If there is some gooey thing coming from private male part.. does that person need to make ghusul?? Or can he just make Wudu. And if the gooey thing touches the boxers or clothes is water enough to clean it?
