If he wakes up and sees that the time has already passed, he must get up and pray it. if he goes back to sleep, he is sinful and he shouldn’t pray it when he wakes up as Allah will not accept it from him as the hadeeth stated.

If someone regularly misses fajr prayer e.g. overslept, missed alarm etc.. he then looks at the time; if fajr has passed and he still feels tired/sleepy he carry on sleeping till he is fresh in the morning when he feels he will be able to concentrate more in praying the missed fajr prayer rather than getting up as soon as he wakes when he is feeling still sleepy/tired is it ok to pray qada (if the normal time has passed) when he normally gets up later or even if he feels sleepy/tired/lazy should he pray straight away even if time passed and he may not be able to concentrate? please clarify?
