It is permissible to supplicate against the person who did this black magic.

If someone knows for certain (they have proof) that blackmagic has been done to them, is it permissible for the victim to supplicate the supplication of the oppressed to Allah (swt), asking Allah to punish the one who asked for the blackmagic to be done.
