Yes , this is sinful. One must avoid all steps of shaytan. He wouldn’t allow his wife to speak with her cousins or male school friends causally, would he? 

If someone is married and he talk to a other girl once in a while without having any bad intention, just to ask her how is life going etc but he has a feeling for her is it sin?
