This is not adoption as there is no adoption in Islam.

Supporting an orphan is a good deed but he will always be a stranger to the girl and also to the woman who adopted him unless he suckled from her when he was below two years of age.

If someone has own real daughter and adopt a baby boy is it legal in Islam as the adopted baby boy will not be real brother of that sister. and then living together with that baby boy in a long way. is this allowed in Islam?
