Ruqyah is usually done when someone is ill or having evil eye etc.

It is permissible to have it done to you without asking. It is also permissible to ask someone to do it for you but this is not recommended, yet it is not forbidden at all. It is permissible.

If sombody for exemple have problem in her life..can she make ruqiah?She hear a ahadith about this when is states that is better to dont make..and u wil go in Paradise…

It is said that Umar bin Al-Khattab was one of the concernig “Firasah.” Once he saw a person and just looking at his face he could say that person is or used to be a magician. And it turned out to be the truth, that person used to be a magician in the time of Jahilyyah. And Umar asked him what was the stragest thing he heard from a Jiin. He answered that it was some kind of poetry which was talking about the coming of Muhammed (saws). Is this true or not?
