ANSWER:

This is called nameemah which is gossiping and would cause a fight between the two which is one of the main reasons for the torment of the grave.

The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: the person who does this sin will not enter paradise. 

If person 1 has said some wrong words for person 2, if I tell person 2 about what person 1 has said about him without adding anything from me, will it come under backbiting. My intention of telling was to aware that person 2.
