If this will affect the other person or harm him, you must tell the truth and correct this lie! As in the case of he denies stealing something from him while you are certain and have proof that he did steal it.

If one lies in front of me to some other person,is it obligatory for me to tell that other person he is lying?

If a person says to someone you don’t know ‘f’ about Islam? or you don’t give a ‘f’ about Islam? is that kufr Akbar? In normal terms he would be saying you don’t know anything about Islam or you don’t care about Islam; the ‘f’ is a swear word but only the letter is said as the person restrains themselves from swearing!
