If this is the case, they will be sinful if they fast while travelling. They have to not fast that day

If one has the intention to make up for an obligatory fast (which they missed during ramadan due to menstruation) but then they break that fast because their mum is worried about their health (as that day, the person had to travel and they usually faint/collapse), would they get sin for breaking that fast?

I was fasting as an expiation for breaking an oath. I wake up for fajr. After doing wudu, I realized that there is some more time left for azaan. So I decided to take a short slumber as I was quite tired. But I wake up after sunrise. I prayed the fajrimmediately after doing wudu again. Is my fasting for those days valid?
