If his reasons are legitimate, he should pray them as four.

If one doesn’t have time to pray the 2/4 Sunnah rakaah before Fard of Zuhr, and one makes these rakaah up later, should he pray 2 or 4? my understanding currently is a person should pray 4 rakaah if he prays them at home, or 2 if in the Masjid..

In the hanafi madhab, they say the surah after faatihah in the 2nd rakaah has to be the direct surah after the surah in the 1st rakaah, or 2 surahs or more after. ie. if i recite surah teen in 1st rakaah, in 2nd rakaah i should recite al-bayyinah (or any surah after that), and cannot recite surah qadr but i could recite surah alaq. is this correct?
