As long as he can take care of his wife in terms of providing for her home, food and clothes, he can marry.

If one does not have any wealth will it be haram for him to marry , on what amount of wealth marriage will be permissible for him ? Because this man is suffering from excessive desires and also cannot fast because he is thin and weak.

Just wanted to know if this scenario is unislamic and unacceptable or ok in Islam..
