You are not allowed to lie or cheat!

if my husband doesn’t let the government(non-muslim) know about owning a house abroad now & he’s claiming benefits in this country & i also signed on the application form saying will let the goverment know of any changes but out of fear he will divorce me(i also have a child)if i do so i don’t declare this information,although i signed that i will.is there sin on me? i don’t know what to do?
