ANSWER:

What counts is removing the impurity from the place where it came out from. This can be done with water or with stones or toilet papers or the likes.

Wet wipes does this job efficiently and hence this is permissible, and Allah knows best.

I am working and I hear the adhaan. Should I stop working and pray in the masjid or wait for the end of my working which is within the prayer time and pray alone?
