ANSWER:

It is not permissible to go to mixed gym as it comes under free mixing which is prohibited in Islam. 

If I lower my gaze and listen to nasheeds to block it the music can I go to a free mixing gym ? I live in a kaafir country and segregated gyms are far from me and rare.
