ANSWER:

You do not know if they repented from it or not.

It is not permissible to disclose the past Sins of others. If you know that they are not fit for marriage, just say that you believe that they are not suitable for marriage without mentioning the reason. 

If i know a sister/brother who involved zina in the past, i don’t knw weather they are repented or not. if someone in my relations or friends proposing them to them, is it permissible to speak about their past sins ?
