If i had not used toilet,Can i start my wudhu from only rinsing my mouth? I mean,if one had made wudhu before and then passes wind, does he have to make wudhu with taharah(istinja) or he can start from only rinsing his mouth n onwards?

It is an innovation to wash the private parts before wudhu. This is only
done when urinating or defecating. There is no washing when passing
wind.
