ANSWER:

If you used the name of Allah, you must feed or clothe 10 poor people once you break your oath, or fast 3 days if you are unable to financially feed them.

If i am forced to make a promise by someone not to do something or if i make a promise and break it as i truthly did not have any knowledge at all on how serious it is to break a oath and realize after and ask for forgiveness to allah is there any sin on me and am i obliged to offer any expiation regardless of this as i felt deep regret?

I have a weakness for a certain sin, but I hope Allah enables me to overcome it. In effort to do so, I want to start fasting 3 days(randomly picked) each time I commit this sin. Is it okay? If so, are there days I may be prohibited to do such fasting?
