The shop belongs to all of the heirs. Either they all agree to keep on renting it or using it and divide the profit according to their shares or they estimate the value of the shop and one of them offers to buy everyone else’s Shares. 

If after the death of a person, many heirs inherit a single shop, can we pay the heirs in money the value of the share of land they would inherit from shop? Is it permissible, so that we give them the value of the share without selling it and keep the shop to our self?
