If a person now prays 4 rakat of prayer (continuously, like fard..) that he missed out in 2005, is in it like a bid’aah?

I actually missed a lot of prayers when I was young and not practicing, but I’ve been trying to make these up with each regular prayer. Tell me, is this wrong? Can no prayer at all be done as qadha?

If one gets only 2 last raka’ats in a congrigational 4 raka’ats prayer, does he completes the tashahud(tahiya) or he stops as does in every first tashahud since the last two raka’ats are his first two raka’ats in this case.
