If he repents, there is no need for that!

If a person is unmarried and do zina plenty of times in past and later he repents. Should he still be punished in islam?

After a few months of marriage, I came to know about husband’s adultery affairs and illegitimate relationships with many ladies. After that, I tried to make him frighten about its consequences in Dunya and Akhira but he In fact suppressed me in many ways. Now what do I do? Is it a Sin to live with a husband who is deliberately disobeying Allah SWT. Please suggest me the way what to do?
