If a person is offering fard salah and has not said iqamah and meanwhile sum other person joins him while he is in salah. Will dat jamah salah be accepted?

Isha at Hanafi/Deobandi mousqe is at 9.58pm. Also it is the same time as the salafi masjid. However, there are other salafi masjids that Isha is at 10.33pm. my question is, the Masjids that isha starts at 10.33pm is like 1 hour walking distance frommy house and it is very hard for me to travel there, but at the same time I really want to pray in congregation, i don’t go to the other mousqes that start 9.56pm because a friend of mine said that there isha timing is wrong and my salaah wont count, so could you please advice me what to do.
