ANSWER:

Shaving is better as Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prayed 3 times for the person who shaves his head in comparison to the one who trims it. 

However, trimming the hair is sufficient as well. 

If a person ia going umrah for the 4 – 5 time so is it necessary to shave his full head ?
