ANSWER:

This is not kufr but definitely sinful and he would accumulate everyone’s sin if they watch or listen to it upon hearing that from him.

If a person describes something haram in a positive manner while still believing that it is haram ( example : One might say “ That song was very good” or “ That was a really entertaining film” or something similar ) Has this person committed an act of kufr ?

In our country(Democratic) the government is making sculptures of the founding father of our country.
