ANSWER:

Muslim men are allowed to marry only chaste women from among the Jews or Christians who do not have boyfriends or extramarital relationships. However nowadays, this is not recommended as many of them divorce their Muslim husbands after few years, taking the custody of the children and turning them into Christians!  

 

IF a muslim man want to marry a Christian or a jews woman, is their any condition on that?

I got married 1 month ago,I have a 8 year old son enrolled for tahfidh classes.Now my husband wants us to move to remote area where will be far from madrasa and also i will have to leave my work but to stay home.Now I don’t trust him to give good education fr my son if I will depend on him to educate him.Can we make an agreement for him to sign that he will do so or else i work?
