If a man did the act of homosexuality in his past and concealed it and will never do it again and regrets it heavily and changed his ways for the better and repented sincerely and does good deeds and strives to become righteous and to be loved by allah should he confess so he can receive the punishment ?

I live in Canada. I did Zina two times. I repented. People saw me doing the zina. They are saying to get the hudd punishment. When I go to Hajj one day will I have to tell the authorities that I did Zina two times? WIll my hajj be accepted by Allah if I dont tell the authorties that I did zina two times?
