ANSWER:

She can give lectures based on Quran and Sunnah but not in front of males, whether scholar or not.

She can ask female teachers for help in her lectures and for corrections.

If a lady has read Quran and got hidayat and read lots of Books on hadeeth and religious books on many topics of Islam and attends Dawah Work and wishes to start dawah in her house has she to take permission from some scholar? Or she can give one lecture behind curtain and man scholar can hear to give permission.Is it allowed for man to hear her lecture?
