It is permissible for a woman to live on her own if she is in a safe environment and there is no fear on her wellbeing.

However, it is very unusual for a single woman to live on her own while her parents are present and so are her close relatives. She should at least live with a group of other trust worthy women.

If a girl who is 30 years old, who has been kicked out her perants house 10 years ago, and during this time got married and got divorced also is living alone, is this permissable for the girl to be living alonein a flat?
