ANSWER:

The voice of a woman is not an awrah. 

However it’s not permissible for women to give lectures on public platforms especially social media as women are not allowed to be filmed or photographed. Allah ordered them not to soften their voices so that men with illnesses in their hearts won’t be tempted. 

If a girl is giving dawah online and if her voice comes out and heared by public which includes mehrem. What is the islamic ruling on women’s voice???
