First of all, a boy and girl are forbidden to be in contact let alone in any type of relationship before marriage.
Secondly, any nikah done without the wali of the girl is void.

if a girl & boy (in relationship) decide to marry (to a maulana) without informing their parents in order to avoid the haram they are committing (they will inform their parents later),will this be a valid marriage?

If two families meet, the boy and the girl meet for deciding whether they are say OK for each other for Nikah. Now if the boy and the girl both say that they are ready to marry the other. Does not this constitute Nikah, becoz the girl’s guardian is there and also say two witnesses are there.
