ANSWER:

Names do not have any impact on our lives and believing this superstition can easily mount to shirk. 

However we’re encouraged to give good names, with good meanings to our kids.

Only one name must be given to a child and not two. 

If a child is stubborn and doesn’t listen and is not calm will changing his/ her name change this attitute? And should name be checked first before naming one’s child, can name have effect on destiny of child? And is keeping Mohammad before a name like Mohammad Sohail good?
