The marriage is valid if the guardian of the girl approves it but this is not recommended .

If a brother wants to marry a girl but his family members are against it. Now he has the intention of escaping with the girl to marry her which makes his parents bow to his will in order to save themselves from the (to be) shame. Is the nikah valid
