Of course not! She must not accept this proposal of someone who is less than her in her religious practice and she must not communicate with him at all as he’s a non mahram. She is not a guinea pig to try if you can guide him or not!

If a boy proposes a girl because he is impressed by her deen,khuluq & beauty, but he himself doesnt have a decent character and a religious image in society. Should that girl say Yess to him and let him approach her parents ?? The boy agrees to improve himself in his character & deen but right now he is not very practicing. ALLAH might give him hidayah, but the girl fears to take risk for her life
