Our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam didn’t wear a ring with a stone.
It is permissible to wear such a ring as long as you don’t believe in it. Thinking that it can bring benefit or prevent harm is Shirk and would nullify your Islam. If you wear it because it is beautiful or you like it, this is permissible.
