It is not accepted if you are not sure about the prostraition.

I wonder if one makes tawbah/prays for forgivness and forgot to say bismillah in surat al ikhlass and is unsure whether he made one or two sujoods in one of the two rakats, is it not accepted then? And if one made a lot of duhas in it.
