I wished to go for hajj this time. But due to COVID_19 I couldn’t go. I am a military officer and I stay in a government quarter .I don’t have my own house to live with my wife and child ( my father has). Now can I spend the money to build a house which I catered for Hajj? If I spend that I think next year it may not be possible for me to go for haj.

You need to spend money for accommodation for your family. This is a priority and hajj can be performed later.
