every 2 mins someone would get hyped and say stuff which are unnecessary. Did the companions of Prophet Muhammad (saw) use to qira or is it an innovation?

I don’t know what Qira is. What you are describing, it seems to me that it is an innovation.

Is it a bidaa’ for an imam leading a congregational prayer to say duaa’ on the last rakhas in fajr prayer?

My question is about a common practice here in West Africa whereby verses of the Quran are written and washed (sometimes with zam zam) and is being drunk sometimes as a cure, is it in accordance with Islamic laws?
