If this person’s intention is to give to charity, he should do that without participating in dubious events and without mixing that with winning something as this is a way of gambling 

I wanted to ask if buying raffles organised by charities are permissible, or by an organiser gives a high percentage (e.g. 80%) of money raised to charity. Or is this classed as gambling?

when I was not a practicing muslim I gave one of my friend a relationship advice and they got back together but when I started practicing islam I asked Allah for forgiveness.
