ANSWER:

If the harm you had inflicted on her can be removed or you can restore what was taken from her, this is a must. 

But if this is not possible and asking for forgiveness from her would only make things worse, you shouldn’t tell her and keep on repenting to Allah and expressing remorse. 

 

I want to share senerio with you.Suppose I have done wrong with a person without her knowing and hide it from her and this make that person’s life bad.After that I have done repentance from my heart so many times to Allah but don’t ask for forgiveness from her.Now is it mandatory to ask for her forgiveness too from her or otherwise Allah does not accept my repentance?
