Marrying without the consent of your parents doesn’t affect the validity of the marriage contract as it is valid if her father agrees! Most likely, her father wouldn’t agree if your parents are not involved as this is an insult to their family!

Marrying such a woman would cause problems for both of you as your parents are the type that would do so!

You can’t marry her under such conditions and make her live with your parents or mix with them as they will torture her and insult her every now and then. The least they would say to her is that she got married without their approval!

If you’re going to give her a separate accommodation and not have her mix with your parents, you can marry her.

I want to marry a girl with good islamic belief having both deen & duniya. My mother does not give permission because her face remineds of our some relative woman who was bad to my maternal grandmother. I believe this girl has good values & will look after my parents and me well. Tried convincing my parents but they reject because of the face & without legitimate reason. My Parents told me to go ahead and marry but without their involvement. Can i go ahead and ask the wali of the girl for our marriage. Please advise.
