To accept Islam, all you need is to believe in the declaration of faith and to say it.
It is to say:
Ash’hadu alla ilaha illa Allah wa ash’hadu anna mohammadan abduho wa rasoolohu.
This translates to:
I declaim and bear witness that there is no deity worthy of being worshiped other than Allah and that Mohammed is His servant and Messenger.
Once you say this, you become Muslim.
However, I would advise you to visit an Islamic center where the sisters would show you what to do from there on.
