My husband had kids from a previous marriage. He divorced and left them 2 houses. We bought our house and I ask to give it to our kids and put the house in my name for legal reason. He agreed only if he can get the house back any time he asks. We had big argument because he is asking for the house back.How can I negotiate with him? This is not fair on my kids. If anything happens to him his 1st kids can evict us.

My father passed away leaving money which we let our mother handle.In her life she invested in a flat for young brother from that money,as he didn’t complete his education,she even spent from that money upon his education but he didn’t complete. On her deathbed she divided money left amongst all and said the flat is for younger brother.Do the rest have a share in it?
