ANSWER:

You must immediately break the fast as Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam instructed us to hasten in breaking the fast and to delay the suhoor.

I want to ask that should we open fast as soon as we hear the azaan or should wait for the sun to fully set.

Sheikh the sins in ramadan when fasting is it more than when we are not fasting such as after dawn? Because people think here that only when fasting one should refrain cuz it has more sinful stuff. So is the sin the same as throughout ramadan during one is fasting and even after fasting is done such as after iftaar. Thanks.
