Haram and not allowed are the same.

Folding the sleeves is not permissible unless there is a justification for it.

Folding the trousers must be done throughout the day and not only for prayer purposes as having them below the ankle is a major sin.

I want clarification about the folding pants or sleeves while praying. It is haraam, or just not allowed or it is permissible.
