If these are pictures of living beings with head and facial features then it’s totally prohibited and you must burn them or shred them up and throw away, besides sincerely repenting to Allah as the one who draws such things are the most severely tormented people on the day of judgement.

I used to draw pictures and was really good at it, but after learning about the ruling I stopped. Must I throw my old ones away or can I keep them, as long as they are hidden? I want to use them as a reminder for myself and as motivation to get rid of more habits.
