This is not an easy thing to do. You have to change your whole life style. You have to first of all get rid of all means of watching such filth such as your VCR and DVD players. You have to occupy your time with useful things. You also have to surround yourself with practicing brothers who would keep you close to Allah. Finally, you must always remember that Allah is watching you.
