ANSWER:
If your hand has managed to clean your anus, this means that the water used has also cleaned your hands.
If there are no signs of impurity on your hand, this means it is pure.

I use the Indian style toilet to relieve myself. After finishing doing the istinja of the back passage with my left hand, has my hand become impure? I have used my hand to clean the impurity with water but does that make my hand impure.
