I use كحل kuhl in my eyes, which I bought from Madina, in the night time but when I go out in the morning I wash it out. Maybe It still leaves some traces. Sheikh should I stop using it totally since women are not supposed to have any make-up?

You have to remove it well when you go out. Also, try your level
best to cover your eyes in public and from non mahram.
