If a person is praying to a screen or an object in front of him, it is not permissible to cross between him and that object. It is best to wait for 40 rather than cross.

If you did that without knowing that he was praying, you are not sinful.

Only a woman would nullify a person’s prayer if she crosses in front of a person praying.

I think , well im almost sure , that i have crossed someone when he was praying in the mosque , i heard its a great sin to do so , but if someone does so , will his prayers not be accepted or what ?i think that i heard that , one’s prayer would not be accepted or valid until forty people cross when i pray or something like that , im not sure .. ? can you explain ?

Is this Hadeeth Da’eef ? The hadeeth of making Dua after Salah. Abu Wada’ah (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “The (optional) prayer of the night should be performed in sets of two Rak’ats, meaning you recite the Tashahhud after every two Rak’ah, express devotion and humility in your supplication, raise your hands and say: “O Allah, forgive me”.
